Lee Harding, Saskatchewan Director for the Canadian Taxpayers Federation and some other Regina citizens are critical of the report recommending a domed stadium for the Canadian city of 200,000 that is home to the Saskatchewan Roughriders, a Canadian Football League (CFL) team. Stage two is a $1 million feasibility study by PCL and Global Spectrum with a strong preference for a dome.
